Grape varieties that thrive in the region are well-suited to the hot, humid summers, and Grenache, Syrah, and MourvÃ¨dre are by far the most common plantings.
Appearance - Deep ruby robe
Nose - Notes of smoke on the nose,
Mouthfeel - Round and leshy on the tongue, powerful tannins.
Palate - It has a remarkable and complex bouquet of spices, in particular pepper and leather.
