Mount Everest Expedition,
with Himalayan Alpine Adventure Trek & Expedition

Mount Everest (8848m) is the highest peak of the world and has been proved to be benchmark of climbing achievement. ‘Sagarmatha’ is the Nepali name given to Mount Everest while Tibetan people call it ‘Chomolongma’. Everest is located in the Mahalangur range section of great Himalayas. Everest Expedition getting heavy popularity in recent years. In fact, Everest receives around one thousand summit attempts every year. Sir Edmund Hillary and Late Tenzing Norgay Sherpa first climbed this peak (via South Col) in 11:00 am 29th May, 1953 after their long effort. Everest can be climbed both from the south ridge (Nepal) and north ridge (Tibet). Everest Expedition offers you once in a lifetime experience to the adventure seekers however it may encounter many seen and unseen challenges including harsh weather conditions, high altitude and even sheer exhaustion. All the Everest climbers assemble at Everest Base Camp during the starting and at the ending of the expedition. Well, Everest Base Camp is located at the north of Khumbu glacier at 18000ft. We have to cross several ice blocks, Seracs, and crevasses. We then should face to the way up to our high camps.

Camp 1 (6400m/20000ft)

Camp 1 is located at the flat area of massive snow deep crevasses and mountain walls. We get warmth and heating ambience here due to the sunrays. We can hear the deep murmuring cracking sounds of crevasses beneath our tent at night and these are the areas where we have to walk to reach our next camp.

Camp 2 (6750m/21000ft)

Camp 2 is located at the foot of icy mount Lhotse wall through where we have to move ahead. Normally the weather here is fine but bad clouds roll in from the Himalayan valleys to the bottom of our camp. But, sometimes, the wind here seems to be very violent enough to destroy our tents.

Camp 3 (7100m/22300ft)

Camp 3 adjoins to mount Lhotse wall. On the way to camp 4, we have to ascend the steep bands. Our route moves ahead up the Geneva Spur after crossing short snowfield before finishing the flats of south col. We have to use oxygen above camp 3 as you may need it.

Camp 4 (7990m/26000ft)

This is the last camp of our Everest Expedition. And summit is just about 858m far from here. Indeed final but this is the most dangerous part of our Expedition. This place is besieged by ferocious and violent winds. Normally, the best way to reach the summit is via narrow South-East ridge. Sir Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay Sherpa summited Everest from the same way.
