Bijaya Vaidya (Rock Sitar) formerly associated and one of the founder of the internationally acclaimed Nepali Instrumental band Sur Sudha. Bijaya Vaidya has reinvented his style of playing with an entirely new concept, a standing electric Sitar. His new rock sitar offers an electric fusion of rock and eastern classical and Nepali sounds.

Playing the sitar standing is a novelty in itself and even more noteworthy is the undoubtedly different sound intonation that emerges. Through his music Bijaya Vaidya wishes to convey the higher value in life. Rock Sitar delivers a soulful meditation on humanity.

This Album is with different flavor of new innovation sound mixed with rock feeling with world and traditional music. New way of Sitar composition and also a finding another dimension for Sitar music.
